You could try to:
1. Watch what SQL query runs slow - use the "onstat -g sql".
2. Base on the results of "onstat -g sql" you could try to
update the statistics/add indexes on tables
involved in the slow query.
Sometimes this doesn't help, and only the application/query redesign
can help.
