We have tested a lot of terminal emulators and have found nothing like
Glink from Gallagher & Robertson here in Norway.
You can easily get rid of all menues and buttons so you get a clean
window with nothing but you 4GL application. You may retain some
buttons with selected functions if you want. You can set the color
to display any attribute you use (we use grey for reverse and
white for normal and it looks very windows like).
There are freeware and shareware terminal emulators available but we
have found non of them usfull at all after having gotten used to
the functionallity in Glink.
More information is available at http://www.gar.no (in english) or
from our supplier which has e-mail adress info@synapsis.no.
They have representatives selling their program worldwide.
