tblspace problems

I was experimenting with the utility onunload/onload. I copied a small
peoplesoft database (aud752) with it. The utility worked fine, but I
noticed that the database was stored in the rootdbs. I dropped it and
went on with life. Another thing I recently did was write a small unix
script that copies a database. It grabs the schema of an existing
database, puts it through a unix pipe, then imports the schema as the
new database. Then I unload the tables in the source database into the
unix pipe, then insert into the target database on the other side. I
thought I got it to work, but when I tried to login into the database,
I got an error about a table not existing.
I decided to drop the database and restore it from an export. However,
I am not allowed to to drop the database because it can't find the
tblspace. I get the same error when I try to drop a table.
Below are the error numbers. Any thoughts or ideas. I was thinking of
trying to play around with the system catalog tables. Thanks.
informix-fsdevshm: $ finderr 215
-215 Cannot open file for table table-name.
The database server cannot open the operating-system file or files in
which the table is stored. Check the accompanying ISAM error code for
more information. Problems with operating-system file permissions,
insufficient memory, or hardware might cause this error.
informix-fsdevshm: $ finderr 135
-135 ISAM error: tblspace does not exist.
This error might indicate corruption of control information in the root
dbspace, a serious problem that might require restoring the system from
archive. In the short term, roll back the current transaction, and
terminate the application. Then the database server administrator
should run the tbcheck, oncheck, or onutil utility.
