The problem that tech support face is that they get frequent calls from people who have bought the latest database servers thinking they don't need assistance or training. The first database engines were like hopping into a new car and expecting to get it going in a matter of seconds. The new database engines are like hopping into a Boeing 747 and expecting to get it going in a matter of seconds. At best you won't even get off the ground, at worst you will, but crash shortly afterwards. > Seems to me you only get paying customers by selling product, > and you'll only sell product by showing folks that it works.
