People need to know how the upcoming changes may affect them and somehow limiting participation to 100 people is pretty short sited. Sounds like the marketing department must have been involved. ---------- CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: This e-mail message, including any attachments,is for the sole use of the intended recipient(s), even if addressed incorrectly, and may contain confidential and privileged information. Peter - Just some comments on webcasts and their attendance in my experience to date. I have done many webcasts over the last 3 years, and typically, the attendance is more around 20-30. Never close to 100. Now - the one taking place today was certainly advertised more than mine, so a large response could be expected. But I wouldn't call it "short-sited". The entire idea of "e-learning" via webcasts, webconferences, and the like is still new to this industry. So I believe that anyone doing this type of education is still in the learning curve of what to expect in terms of attendance, questions, interaction, and the like. As technology is utlized more for education/presentations like this, I am certain that handling "more than 100" won't be an issue, if in fact it is appropriate for that webcast. Thanks, Mark.
