Error while installing an Intersolv ODBC driver

Trying to set up intersolv 3.11 32-bit informix 9 ODBC driver and getting error code 127 when trying to use. Already tried the uninstall/reinstall routine. Using NT4 workstation. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.
