Re: chunk/dbspace sizes

Manual says - You can allocate a maximum of 2048 chunks and 2048 storage spaces (Dbspaces and Blobspace) on a given database server system. From this i can understand that there could be one dbspace with 2048 chunks or 2048 dbspaces with primary chunk only. That means, 2048*2GB = 4096GB could be max dbspace size? Correct me if i am wrong. >From: Thanh <tqma@my-deja.com> >Reply-To: Thanh <tqma@my-deja.com> >To: informix-list@iiug.org >Subject: chunk/dbspace sizes >Date: Thu, 10 Aug 2000 17:12:13 GMT > >Hi, > >My understanding from the Admin Guide for IDS 9.2 is that: > >1.
