Logical logs are backed up but seen as not freed in onstat -l

I've just upgraded my Online 5.07 to 7.22 DS (Solaris 2.5.1 Sparc). What I am noticing that while I am runing continious backup ontape -c, I see that logical logs are backed up ok , but they appear as not freed in the output of onstat -l . Their status remains U-B-- . They are not freed when I interrupt continious backup or even restart the engine. I didn't see such behavior in ver 5. I was told that I shouldn't worry, they will be freed when they start to fill up. Is it how online 7 behaves? I haven't found anything related to that in the manuals. Another migration problem I have with recompiling 4GL 4.17 apps with 6.04 compiler. A few modules are not succesfully compiled and are giving error msgs referring to corresponding ec files. Many of them are look like syntax erros: esqlc: "sis.ec", line 895: Error -33051: Syntax error on identifier or symbol ';'. esqlc: "sis.ec", line 902: Error -33009: The component name 'course_sufx' has already been used. esqlc: "sis.ec", line 906: Error -33204: Right curly brace found with no matching left curly brace. esqlc: "sis.ec", line 1586: Error -33040: Object 'p_grade' was not declared. esqlc: "sis.ec", line 1605: Error -33040: Object 'p_trans' was not declared. Did anybody experience such problems?
