If you load all rows of a table at once, OnLine will create adjacent
extents (if space permits). In "Guide to SQL - Tutorial" at the
bottom of page 10-11: "When a new extent is created adjacent to the
previous extent, the two are treaded as a single extent."
So in case of initial loading the first extent size you specify is
effectively treated as a minimum extent size.
In our experience it works as documented.
