04:32:32 PANIC: Attempting to bring system down
At 7.30 am I had no problems initiating the shared memory (all
chunks/dbspaces were available).
Does anybody know, if this is a going to become a serious problem?
Every helpful advice will be greatly appreciated
thanx

Here is the problem, you are experiencing a disk problem. Since there
can neither be a chunk #4095 nor a page number 1048575 (0x000FFFFF) which
would be in chunk #0 (zero) I assume the root chunk has been corrupted
somehow so that the chunk table was damaged. Time to check that you are
not seeing a hardware problem (check the system logs) and then get out the
backup tapes.
I see the thread was an ontape thread. Were you doing a restore? Perhaps
from a tape made on another machine? If so make sure the chunk links are
all available and pointing to files or devices that are large enough to hold
the data you are restoring.
