IDS 7.31 on DEC Unix

About month ago I have performance problems on 2 CPU DEC Alpha and one of advises was to add more CPUs. So we change old one Alpha with new one. New is Alpha 4100 with 4 CPUs and 2G of RAM. KIO is enabled.
