Just copy the missing libraries from the 7.13 installation directory to where ever you have LD_LIBRARY_PATH pointing (or /usr/lib if you do not exxport that variable). Or even safer just create symbolic links that way if 7.3 has installed the same libraries they will not be overwritten with the 7.13 versions. you can use "ldd <Forte app>" to determine what other libraries are missing.
