Doesn't it just ask you if you have logical logs to restore? What if you say
"N" ? I think you should just say "N" (no logical logs to restore), and it
should go into Fast Recovery. In some versions (7.20 and later, if I remember
correctly, but that's asking a lot), you then have to do "onmode -m" to get it
to come on-line.
This is assuming you're doing a whole system restore with ontape -r, not
restoring specific dbspaces.
