There are some SQL to retrieve this sessions with -1 (tout column)
onstat -u
Userthreads

Most likely, yes. I'd go poking at the SysMaster database. The
column name might be timeout rather than tout, but I'd have to look at
the manual to be sure, just the same as you could. (The manual in
question is IDS Administrator's Reference.)

The number of seconds remaining from a call to SET LOCK MODE TO WAIT n. If
the value is 0, the thread is not waiting on a lock, if -1, the thread is
waiting indefinitely.
