Screwed by Informix again...

Has anyone out there gotten a 32-bit ODBC driver to work with I-Net 5.01 for Windows running under NT 3.51? The statement I received from Informix support is that I-Net 5.01 won't work (which I already new). Seems Windows NT doesn't even recognize the isqli501.dll as a DLL. I was attempting to use an evaluation copy of Visigenics 32-bit ODBC driver for Informix 5 (which is on the list of supported platforms), but got an 'invalid Windows NT image' error on the DLL. I've also tried OpenLink's driver, which happily doesn't use I-Net, but it requires me to get an OS patch or it won't even run. Just what I need is another variable in the mix, not to mention the weekend work required to apply the patch. If I didn't have so much time and money invested in Informix right now, I would switch to Interbase--at least they have figured out how to support derived fields and versioning. Please tell me someone out there has a similar setup (NT client-Unix server) using a 32-bit ODBC driver. If so, which one, and how much was it per user? -- Mike Lemon mdl@interpath.com
