The issues you *should* encounter are that you simply will not be able to add any more rows to your table when it hits 16,777,215 pages. I've never tested this, and I don't have the disk space to test it, so I can't tell you for sure that it *will* fail this way, but if it doesn't, it's bound to corrupt something.
