I have been reading about turning these off in sevral of the last postings, and finally turned them off. I have been having some problems with buffer waits (7-12 %). After turning off the parameter, my buffer waits have have dropped in half (3-6 %). The load on the system seems to be about the same, too. Thanks for the info! :)
