}confusion that at least 50% of the manufacturers are likely to have got
}it wrong. So you will have to test your systems.
I doubt if the number of manufacturers with it wrong is anything like that
large. I do remember a software company who forgot that 1900 wasn't a leap
year, so their date values were off-by-one compared with Informix's for all
dates after 28th February 1900, but that's another matter...
