That takes a lot of time as they are occupied with things they view as more important. If I don't get it soon we will have to start talking to Informix about setting up a more sensible solution. That should be based on a news group like setup accessible via a normal web browser and the option to select a standard mailing list. These are easy enough to implement so they should probably do them whatever our firewall people say. Getting news through firewalls isn't something most people can these days.
