Here is the sqlhosts.

Since shared memory connections are inherently for the local host, try using
localhost instead of newcx for the 3rd column of the first line of the
sqlhosts file. Ideally, you should be able to use the host name too, but
this will (probably) get you going.

One of the other schools using our third party software has informed me that
they shipped 32 bit sformbld and sperform with the 64 bit server. I was not
aware of this. Thanks for your help and sorry for the time.
