I have read about an ONCONFIG-Parameter which would make sqexlains for all Sessions. How can i use this Parameter ISQLDEBUG and how it works. Is there another way to collect sql-information about all running sql-sessions.

The environment variable you need to set is SQLEXPLAIN. Set this to "ON", and you will have a file sqexplain.out in the cwd of your program at the time the statement is issued. (csh) setenv SQLEXPLAIN ON This will run for all sessions run from your shell. If you want to find out about the SQL that is being run for all sessions, there was a thing about that here a few days ago. (check the SMI tables) James
