logical logs and restores

We have a database that will have lot of insert activity, and sometimes there are some updates and deletes. We are not making backups of the dbspaces, but we are backing up the logical logs with ontape -a What I want to know is if there is a way to restore certain data that was modified, without updating all the data (other data).
