Cannot open file netsrv.iem on HP-UX

We are running Informix DSA 7.2 on a HP K250 HP-UX 10.20, we are getting an intermittant program stopped error as we load i4gl 6.05 programs. 4GL runtime error number -25588, Cannot open file 'netsrv.iem' We think it's a kernel parameter problem but neither HP or Informix support are making much progress. Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks in advance. Steve Gould.
