Re: Compiling DBD::Informix without ESQL/C?

Is it possible to compile DBD::Informix using different Informix versions and
operating systems, put those binaries in a ftp site and let anyone download them
for free without breaking any licence agreement?
If the answer is YES here's another question:
Have anyone done that?
