Please let me know if you found out anything that was not posted to the informix-list. My client is running RDS 4.1 on an IBM RS6000. The program is a large report that randomly aborts with the error -4518. I found bug B13375 on InformixLink that sort of fits this sitution: -4518 at runtime with 4GL repot with using and wordwrap in RDS The bug workaround recommends moving "using" clauses out of the report into global variables. This will change how long the program will run before it hits this error so it does seem to be doing something. My guess is that somehow RDS at runtime is running out of space to store literals and local variables. We were not using word wrap in the problem report. Any one else have any suggestions?
