PDQ PRIORITY

Hi All, I have IDS 7.3 under Win NT., In the onconfig file I have set the max_pdqpriority=100 and also I have set the environment variable pdqpriority=100, when I see onstat -g mgm it still shows me the max_pdqpriority=0. Can anybody pls.tell me the reason or help me out ? Thx. in advance, Binod
