There are a few bugs with DBMONEY set to ','. I didn't see the original post, so I don't know which front-end you are using, or what version. If you have Informix-Link, check bugs 32024, 36894, 37208, 39234 (all pretty much the same bug, only dealing with the different front-ends or utilities).
