Mukund /dev/chunk2 is the mirror chunk, which means that the server will be able to write to it, The "fully used" status simply means that you cant write to it. AFAIK, it is normal. If you want to reclaim the mirror chunk for some other use, you would need to disable mirroring and then take the chunk offline before you can change it to be something else.
