Depends on the work environment and the level of work the DBAs have to do. Right now since the demand is so great, good DBAs are hard to find. 28 days? Thats either 3 weeks paid vacation with 7 holidays, or 4 weeks and 8 holidays. (Probably 4 weeks and 8 holidays) unless its for a bank where you have a lot of bankers holidays. Wow and free DSS and Direct TV, thats an interesting perk. But I digress. I'd go back and open the cap for the right person. 75K is decent considering the living expenses of Florida. BTW, here's another OJ tip: If you declare bankruptcy and own a home in Florida, they can't force you to sell your home to pay off your debts..... -Mikey -- #include <std_disclaimer.h> /* Mike Segel (MS385) */ #include <No_Spam.h> #ifdef OFFENDED_BY_CONTENT The author takes no responsibility for this post.
