Hi Emilio.
Try the following.
database sysmaster;
select * from sysdbslocale;
Probably DB_LOCALE of your selecting database and remote database is
different.
If you are setting DB_LOCALE, try as below.
C-Shell or TCSH
setenv DB_LOCALE ....
B-Shell or K-shell
DB_LOCALE=...export DB_LOCALE
HTH.
