Impromptu and Progress Problem

Hi, We have Syteline ERP (Progress db on unix) and running quotations from Impromptu 6. Since 16 May 06, users complain that they are unable to print quotations created from 16 May 06 onwards. However, they are able to print those created on 15 May 06. I have tested this and seems to be the case. If the .imr and .cat files are not modified, what could be the possible reasons and how do I solve this? PS: Users will run a macro which allow them to select printing of quotations. After which, there will be 3 catalogs and 3 imr that make up the final output. First imr will output the order number in a ims file on user local hard disk. This first ims will be used in the second imr to search for the corresponding remarks which users input into the system. The last imr will print the whole quotation with some computations. Please help.

Well, the first problem is that you've got the wrong database engine - you should be using Informix Dynamic Server. The rest of the trouble is that you forgot to run UPDATE STATISTICS.
