RE: Updated Informix Linux install/configuration FAQ?
Posted in 2000
Thanks, great help...the database is now up and running.
However, I'm still stuck somewhere with regards to testing my driver.
An ldd of my Informix driver shows:
libpthread.so.0 => /lib/libpthread.so.0 (0x40057000)
libivmfront.so => /opt/alex/casp/odbc/lib/libivmfront.so (0x40069000)
libivbas15.so => /opt/alex/casp/odbc/lib/libivbas15.so (0x40074000)
libivutl15.so => /opt/alex/casp/odbc/lib/libivutl15.so (0x40125000)
libthsql.so => not found
libthgen.so => not found
libthos.so => not found
libthasf.so => not found
libifgls.so => not found
libifglx.so => not found
libcrypt.so.1 => /lib/libcrypt.so.1 (0x401df000)
libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2 => /usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2 (0x4020c000)
libm.so.6 => /lib/libm.so.6 (0x4024f000)
libc.so.6 => /lib/libc.so.6 (0x4026b000)
libdl.so.2 => /lib/libdl.so.2 (0x4035e000)
/lib/ld-linux.so.2 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x80000000)
I'm obviously missing something - and I don't know what those files refer
to, presumably something to do with Informix?
