RE: IDS 9.x/10.0 on HP-UX or Linux

Guys- We've done exceptionally well with HP hardware. Also, twelve years ago, we switched to a third party (CSU out of New York) for our support. <plug> They're very competent, they all speak English and they have four or five support levels including on site spare parts and hot spare systems. Also, they do an all expense paid technical conference every year. Last year it was at the Borgata in Atlantic City, as it will be this year. Google CSU Industries or go to www.csuinductries.com for info. </plug> --EEM -----Original Message----- From: informix-list-bounces@iiug.org [mailto:informix-list-bounces@iiug.org] On Behalf Of Superboer Sent: Wednesday, January 24, 2007 4:14 AM To: informix-list@iiug.org Subject: Re: IDS 9.x/10.0 on HP-UX or Linux my experience with hp nowadays.... Hp Hardware support is outsourced and the service is not what it was anymore. (sometimes terrible...) it used to be very reliable and good, never had a complaint. Superboer.
