Well, I don't think that running onstat -z and then doing 2 exports will
provide statistics which are relevant to your "normal running" -
perhaps do an onstat -z, let it run for a day(??), and then post the output.
It is good that you re-posted your onconfig - 'cos it changed :D
I would still reduce NUMAIOVPs tho'.

Like I said this is a test system and is only being used to restore data to it
and then export that data as XML!
Its not used for anything else.
