On a serious note, there was a discussion on this list a few days about about RAW I/O on Linux. Someone said that RH does in fact support RAW I/O but it needs to be enabled. I've looked all over and can't find reference on RH's page to RAW I/O. Any chance whoever that was could send me a URL?
