RHEL/CentOS 7.0 compatibility

Does anyone have any experience with installing 12.10fc1 on x86_64 RHEL/CentOS 7.0? In my minimal testing, it seems to work okay as a standalone server, but whenever I try to create a secondary or an RSS, there is an assert failure just after the log space is cleared. I checked the compatibility list http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg27013343#linux, and it is not on the list yet - hopefully it gets added in fc5? -Justin
Hello. If you could post last online.log statements, and the af stack generated in AF file, it could be some APAR. I would also suggest you to install the latest release available (FC4), instead of FC1. Best regards. Alexandre, I posted a tgz file here: http://www.allamericanasphalt.com/7_crash.tgz (the mailing list doesn't seem to support attachments, probably for good reason) Upgrading to FC3/FC4 isn't an option for us, because of APAR 45294,227,000. Our plan is to upgrade to FC5 when it comes out. We're trying to move to CentOS 7.0 because kernel 3 fixes a hardware compatibility issue which causes a random server reboot (not often, but it never happens at a good time - about once every 9 months). -Justin -----Original Message----- From: ids-bounces@iiug.org [mailto:ids-bounces@iiug.org] On Behalf Of Alexandre Marini Sent: Thursday, March 12, 2015 10:42 AM To: ids@iiug.org Subject: RE: RHEL/CentOS 7.0 compatibility [34822] Hello.
