I doubt anyone can promise it will *never* happen, but you can try to
minimise it by
>PHYSDBS plogdbspace # Location (dbspace) of physical log
>PHYSFILE 2000000 # Physical log file size (Kbytes)
># Logical Log Configuration
>
>LOGFILES 12 # Number of logical log files

You may need more than this. I don't know.
>LTAPEDEV /dev/null # Log tape device path
Oh. Maybe not. :0)
>LOCKS 15000 # Maximum number of locks
>BUFFERS 225000 # Maximum number of shared buffers
>NUMAIOVPS 25 # Number of IO vps
Switch on KAIO.
>QSTATS 1
Do you really want this on?

>RA_PAGES 32 # Number of pages to attempt to read>ahead

Try 32 and 28.
>OPTCOMPIND 0 # To hint the optimizer
??? Try 2.
>TBLSPACE_STATS 1
Sure you want this on?
You can probably double your PHYSBUFF, if you like.
