Your system crashed, probably with most databases in BUFFERED LOG mode,
and some transactions commit record, which can be multiple physical records,
spanned a logical log buffer into the next buffer. The first buffer was
written to disk before the crash but the latter buffer was not. This an
incomplete commit record was found and the engine does not know what to do.
Call tech support they can dial in and truncate the log so that this partial
record is not seen and that transaction will be rolled back.
