Need assistance on spreading logical logs

IDS 11.70 I need advice on how to setup a spread of logical logs over at least two disks. the idea behind this is to enable one logical log to be backed up and another being used which may improve performance.
No problem Hans. Just create two dbspaces for the logical logs, one on each
disk. Then create the logs alternating first on one disk then on the other.
Easy shell script:
##########start script add_logs
#!/bin/ksh
nlogs=$1
nruns=$(( ($1 + 1) / 2 )); #Handle odd numbers
while [[ $nruns -gt 0 ]]; do
onparams -a -d first_log_dbs
onparams -a -d second_log_dbs
nruns=$(( nruns - 1 ))
done
##########end
add_logs 24
