Enterprise Reporting Tool anyone?

I've been asked to look into products which allow end users to create their own reports, this is to reduce the time I spend writing reports and to increase the time I spend trying to explain the theories of database design to accountants! Any recommendations/warnings that people could give would be most welcome.
