Oninit showed zeor CPU time

Hello,
When I do "ps -ef | grep oninit" I got couples "oninit" process
run but at lease three on them showed CPU time is zero. I wonder why and
how to I find out which oninit does what? Any ideas please let me know
would be appreciated. --Wayne
