Whizzo! Well, we need an upgrade right away, becuase informix ODS 7.30 (the one we have) doesn't work with Solaris 8, and we are moving to Solaris 8. I have seen that the problem was fixed in several versions of Informix (It was a problem with solaris using ipv6 as default instead of ipv4) but don't know if Informix2000 will work OK on Solaris 8. Another thing is.... is IDS.2000 necesary to use the modules like verity or Excalibur? It looks like it is necesary, but wanted to check it out.
