This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

I am trying to use the sysmaster tables to get the size of blobpages or
the number of blobpages allocated for a given blobbspace.
If you do an onstat -d you will get the following information for
blobchunks: ( you actually get more but this is what is important to me)
chunk size Free blb total blob flgs Name of blobspace
(in pages) pages left pages indicating (full path)
(approx) blob
1048575 ~63300 69905 POB /dev/OnLine/dltimgbs4
1048575 ~69886 69905 POB /dev/OnLine/dltimgbs6
1048575 ~69886 69905 POB /dev/OnLine/dltimgbs7
1048575 ~62436 69905 POB /dev/OnLine/dltimgbs8
1048575 ~0 69905 POB /dev/OnLine/dltimgbs9
From this, I can get the size of the blobpage by taking the (chunks
size * 2)/ total blob pages). In this example, each blob page is 30K.
I want to get the total blob pages for the chunk or the blob page size
from the systables in sysmaster. I can find nfree which is the number
of pages free and I can find the size of the chunk. But just having
nfree and the size of the chunk does not tell me the size of each
blobpage. Without that I can not tell how many more Kilobytes I have
left in that blobspace or that blobchunk.
I have looked in sysdbspaces and syschunks. The only thing it has are
the is_blobspace and is_blobchunk to flag it as a blobspace or a chunk
that belong to a blob space.
If I can get the #of blobpages allocated from onstat -d, then I should
be able to get it from the sysmaster tables. Can anyone point me to
the table that may have this information?
