I am using Netscape 4.7. Lots of sites had 19100, it could likely be a perl programming error since perl returns the number of years since 1900 as the year (therefore '100' in the year 2000), and alot of newbie perl programmers have been assuming that since its been two digits up till now, it wasn't y2k compliant, or they've just been pasting the year onto the '19', and now they're being bitten by not RTFM.
