We have been using AutoRAID in production for a little over a year and have had no problems with it including with performance (after we added another processor and did some tuning). We have: HP9000 K250, HPUX 10.20, Informix 7.23 UC11, 3 processors, 512 MB memory, avg. about 20 concurrent users, 2-3 of the 20 really pounding on the box during business hours.
