There wasn't anything in /tmp as that was the second place I looked (grep'd for some of the most commonly used text in the file in case I found fragments) and the /var/tmp directory doesn't get cleared here, but the more recent files are two years old. I appreciate the tip though. If I hadn't known I sure would have scrambled all over myself taking a look. On a brighter note, I did manage to locate an 'accidental copy' from about one week ago. I don't know how it got there (yeah, it's got my name on it) but it was on a mapped drive on another machine in a DOS format (with the nifty ^M's at the end of every line). A little global replacement and it'll do. It'll have to.
