Couple of questions.
1. Is the box working hard?
vmstat 2 20
iostat 2 20
2. Is the database working hard?
onstat -p
onstat -D
onstat -g iof
onstat -c
onstat -m
onstat -F
3. As someone else already suggested, have you done UPDATE STATISTICS?
4. What is iReach written in. If it is Java I know we have had to do
tuning of the java virtual machine to get anything which might be called
response out of it.
