Your problems will not be with OnBar, they will be with ISM.
If I'm not mistaken, ISM does not allow you to copy from one machine to
another. You CAN do it, if you rename your machine, but this doesn't sound
like what you want. MAYBE, you can tweak the production ISM catalog (after
copying it to your development machine) to change the name it wants, but I
haven't been there or done that.
