Re: Picky .sig trend

Folks, Thank you to everyone (and there are quite a number of you) who responded to my original post. After understanding what the issue truly is - it appears that people have taken this step only to keep from having their words misused. It seems the Oracle Corporation is guilty of quoting people out of context and without their permission. This behavior has caused people to very naturally act defensively. You all have made me a convert to applying something at the end of my messages (I think I like the recently modified version of Peter's .sig). It is too bad that such a large corporation feels the need to stoop to such petty tactics which force the rest of us to take these types of defensive measures. Regards, - Cathy PS. This particular opinion should in no way be assumed to reflect my employer's opinion. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cathy Kipp e-mail: ckipp@vth1.vth.colostate.edu Phone: (970) 491-1294 Colorado State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital Fax: (970) 491-1205 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
