Hello, Is anybody successfully use an Informix SDK for C++ in multi-thread environment and what are the SDK version? I am trying to make an application, and it should have a multiply connections in the deferent thread and no sharing needs between threads. -- Thanks, Dmitriy Zakharkin
It is no problems - make separate connection for each thread. You can't share connection between threads, but if you want - look for use ESQLC. I have ask some thing else? Multi thread in informix/lib/libth*.so under linus 2.24. Where SDK is version 2.4. In use Object Connect (c++) part of library. I can open one connection per thread (sharing between threads not a goal), but has permanent crash if number of threads great then 10. Where I can find solution for my problem? How stable is C++ informix library in MT environment on SUN/other platforms?
